Adam Kern is a Niagara-based winemaker with more than 20 years of experience crafting premium, terroir‑driven wines across the region. His career has spanned work in multiple Niagara sub‑appellations as well as international experience in Marlborough, New Zealand, supported by formal training through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
Known for his disciplined, site‑focused approach and relentless curiosity in exploring winemaking techniques, Adam brings a commitment to precision and continuous improvement to every vintage.
